Refund Policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to submit a return request up until 30 days after receiving your order.
Your item must be brand-new, unused, and packaged in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. Along with that, we require the purchase confirmation or email receipt.
By visiting the Contact page, you can get in touch with us to begin a return. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. Without first requesting a return, we will not accept any items that you send back to us. Through the Contact page, you can reach us at any time with questions regarding returns.
Issues and Damages
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
Items that are exempt or not returnable
Gift certificates and sale items, however, cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Returning the item you now own, unopened, and in its original packing, is the quickest way to make sure you get what you want. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted by sending you a notification. You will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method if accepted. Please keep in mind that it can take a while for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund as well.
